Physical Fitness

I have recently interviewed two amazingly high achievers. People who run multi million pounds businesses have 1000's of people working for them and hardly have a minute to spare in their 24/7 life. In fact I have tested both of them when they have been on holiday by sending them emails and got emails back from them - one within 20 minutes and the other a phone call return within 60 minutes. Now you might say they are sad or you might say I have a fantastic relationship with them or you may say that is plain stupid to be checking emails and voice mail when on holiday. However that is not the point of this entry. The point of this entry is that I asked them how they manage their thinking, their paperwork and the pressure. Both of them told me they find time to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. If they miss it they cannot think straight, make good decisions and deal with the pressure that comes at them reporting to the board of major International Bank's.

If they can find time to do that and be better for it - how can we not find the time to do that in our lives.
