Isn't it great when you meet positive people helpful people. I am going to tell you about 3 people I have met recently.
Number 1 - Yesterday a taxi driver who told me the service he gives is all about YOU the customer. HE REALLY MEANT IT. Having dropped me off at the station and entertained me with his positive remarks, I gave him a larger tip than normal. Its funny isn't it, you put stuff out and you get stuff back. Number 2 is the group of people at the Premier Inn in Westover Road Bournemouth. This is a newly opened hotel with attitude. The people are up for it, friendly and helpful. Unusual in a hotel in the UK in my experience
Number 3 was the steward on a train from New York to Boston 3 weeks ago. On finding out we didn't know where our hotel was in Boston. She called the hotel on her own mobile and got us the directions. Her name was Melody.
